**The role**

We’re looking for a **remote sales professional** with full sales cycle experience - someone that’s ready to take the leap from owning a sales process to starting their own top-performing sales team. You’ll be joining a successful global team as the first boots on the ground in North America for one of Predictable Revenue’s clients.

You have the opportunity to carve out the path you want to take as a sales leader by keeping yourself on track: by exceeding sales targets you’ll hit accelerators in your commission and you’ll unlock the potential to hire and build a team around you and continue to climb the ladder to senior leadership.

**What you’ll do**

You’ll be responsible for the next objectives, in the same order:
1. Generating pipeline, closing US/Canada deals and hitting consistently revenue targets (you’ll work hand-in-hand with an SDR for this)

2. A consistent track record for 3-6 months

3. Building the North America’s sales organization: recruiting and developing a top-performing team of SDRs to fill top of funnel and team of AEs to close those opportunities

**We’re looking for experience with**
- 3+ years of cold calling
- 2+ years of full sales cycle and or/prospecting experience
- 1+ years in a closing role
- Leadership (with a proven track record of it - e.g: training, mentoring, coaching or team leadership experience)
- CRMs: bonus points if it’s Salesloft & PipeDrive
- Ownership of a full B2B sales process

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience in the Construction industry (keep reading for more context on this)
- Built or managed a team of prospectors or closers
- A degree in Sales or Business Administration

**Salary**: $170,700.00 per year
