**XPEL, Inc.** (NASDAQ: XPEL), leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a Digital Content Creator for our Laval location.

**Summary**
We are seeking a **Digital Content Coordinator **that will assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns through utilization of various digital and social media platforms. The role will ensure consistent, relevant social media efforts coordinated with the overall business development and marketing strategies.

**Core Duties**
- Create innovative, relevant, original, and high-quality creative content to be used across multiple platforms and channels.
- Manage and maintain day-to-day content curation in support of institutional awareness, events, and success stories.
- Grow the business presence across social media channels and communities, including, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Measure and report performance, use analytics to determine future and content strategy
- Own the development and maintenance of a content calendar, for daily operational use and forecasting/planning digital needs
- Support other marketing, branding and promotional activities as necessary to support XPEL’s sales and marketing objectives
- Potential travel to events to capture content
- Strategize with and educate the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant web and social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all the company’s products and services
- Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing and communication campaign efforts
- Exercise excellent judgment and make recommendations that balance the needs of the company
- Have the ability to manage multiple competing and important priorities quickly, and effectively communicate back to other stakeholders and business leaders
- Have a strong sense of integrity and impeccable professional maturity
- Maintain a holistic knowledge of all major marketing and communication functional areas
- Have proven social media platform skills
- Use seasoned judgment to suggest approaches that optimize all platforms to meet customer needs, business and/or technological constraints

**Job Requirements**
- BS/BA in Marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Above average experience and knowledge of content management platforms, social media integrations and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or other word processing software
- Strong written & verbal communication skills (Must also need to be comfortable on camera during social media live stream)
- Ability to work well with others both in person and across other offices through remote communications
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams
- Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail

**Résumé**

**Tâches essentielles**

Créer un contenu créatif innovant, pertinent, original et de haute qualité à utiliser sur plusieurs plateformes et canaux.
- Gérer et maintenir la curation de contenu au jour le jour à l'appui de la sensibilisation institutionnelle, des événements et des réussites.
- Accroître la présence commerciale sur les réseaux sociaux et les communautés, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, LinkedIn et YouTube
- Mesurer et rapporter les performances, utiliser des analyses pour déterminer la stratégie future et de contenu
- Posséder le développement et la maintenance d'un calendrier de contenu, pour une utilisation opérationnelle quotidienne et la prévision/planification des besoins numériques
- Soutenir d'autres activités de marketing, d'image de marque et de promotion si nécessaire pour soutenir les objectifs de vente et de marketing de XPEL
- Déplacements potentiels vers des événements pour capturer du contenu
