**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Supporting the Supply Planning team, the Supply Chain Analyst II - Supply will be responsible for analytics, data mining, report, and scorecard generation inclusive of providing actionable insights to enable faster decision making. The analyst will prepare weekly and monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and loss analysis to drive improvements in the areas of service, supply, capacity planning, working capital as well as waste/IAR. The analytical insights will inform business decisions related to service, inventory, and cost in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Collect, compile, and analyze large data sets into formats that will demonstrate key actionable insights supporting all aspects of the Supply Planning team. Includes building dashboards and scorecards, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Support the IBP reporting cycle needs by detailing performance on key supply chain metrics (supply, demand, customer service, inventory and waste/IAR).
Provide Supply Planning support on daily activities as needed (stock transfers, expedite requisitions, monitoring stock receipt at the Distribution Centers, project support, co-pack support and/or various duties as assigned in support of the Supply Planning team).
Quantify risks and liabilities for business changes related to growth, tradeoffs, discontinuations etc.
Prepare and communicate weekly service reports and track MTD and YTD performance that enable loss tree creation and root cause analysis.
Develop, expand, and complete standard, root cause and ad-hoc reporting requests
Extraction and review of the Finished Good time supply reports and Days on Hand. Includes running reports in SAP and working closely with Supply Planners for evaluation and action steps. Identification of supply and inventory plan variances including unexpected demand, ensuring appropriate communication and actions.
Enable continuous improvement best practices in Supply Planning by maintaining loss trees around each key supply chain metric (customer service, working capital and inventory at risk)

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
3+ years experience in Supply Planning, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service or related field
Excellent Analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, including the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional group required. Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Experience in data review and prepares reports, BW Reporting, Excel, Power Point.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point
Proficient in SAP/S4 Hana & BW
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
APICS certification
Proficient in Tableau/ Power BI
