- Pedagogy that demonstrates an integration of Indigenous perspectives into teaching and learning
- Realizing the priorities of the MYSP for 2023-2027
- Design of instructional and assessment practices that engage student learning
- Programming for students who are Multi Language Learners
- Use of play-based/inquiry/project-based learning
- Promotion of innovation and creativity
- Active collaboration between students and adults, and with colleagues, locally and globally
- Inclusion of student voice and student choice
- Leveraging technology as a learning tool
