**What is the opportunity?**

We are looking for experienced, energetic, organized individuals to be part of our service and processing team. Duties include but not limited to new business submissions, endorsement /change processing

**What will you do?**
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, mathematical, exception-based processing skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Ability to understand and meet business daily support needs on an ongoing basis
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately on complex exception based processes with mínimal supervision

**Job Summary**

Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.
