Markham, Canada spaice Studio Full time

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the R&D and assembly of spaice complete package, kitchen/bathroom home decoration package products, defining product positioning, package selection, and product configuration rules, etc.
- In charge of the cost calculation and management of package and related products' retail pricing, adjusting pricing strategies in time according to market price changes to ensure product price competitiveness;
- Coordinate with the supply chain department for the selection, introduction, and placement of main materials for various categories; and collaborate in the design and iterative upgrades of showrooms and model rooms.
- Regularly conduct product research and demand collection and assessment in the Toronto market, produce competitive, customer, and B-end research analysis, regularly summarize product reviews, and provide effective suggestions to continuously optimize product development direction and sales strategy, achieving product iteration.
- Responsible for the preparation of package product manuals, business operation processes, SOP organization, and ensuring the operational implementation of new products through training and information optimization in collaboration with front-end and back-end teams.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
