**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, delivering high-quality customer service.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates to the internal sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for securing new clients.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Provide market insights and feedback to assist with the development of sales strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure consistency in company messaging and brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the mining or resources industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various locations for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
