As an Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by expanding our client base and fostering lasting relationships. We're seeking a passionate Field Sales Representative who is eager to carve a path to success, both professionally and financially. Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the GTA.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, actively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients.

Requirements :

  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have access to their own computer and phone to fulfill the responsibilities of the role effectively.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent resident. Not accepting work permits .
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field preferred. Certification programs are accepted.
