We provide turnkey supply-chain service for construction material as well as crating/packaging/marshalling and shipping via Sealift, Ground Transport & Air. We manage the logistics and provide excellent customer service support along the way, by planning and paying attention to every detail.

**Position: Order Picker (Lumber Yard)**

This seasonal position entails gathering materials from the lumber yard and separating as per job, compare material with job lines and prepare packing slips, prepare material for the crating department, maintain a clean and safe work environment and great with attention to details under extreme deadlines.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Gather material from lumber yard for specific jobs, separate and prepare appropriately as per job requirements.
- Compare material with job lines to ensure no discrepancy or error.
- Responsible for bundling and strapping all lumber & plywood dunnage.
- Weighs and cubes all bundles accurately.
- Responsible for cutting and grooving dunnage when necessary.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork (job sheet with crate# and weights and dimensions)
- Operate forklift to move material as necessary in an appropriate manner.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Inform management/purchasers of any discrepancies.
- Responsible for maintaining, organizing and the cleanliness of the lumber yard.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Possesses the ability to accurately read a measuring tape
- Outgoing and willing to work extra hours.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Clear and concise communicator
- Team player
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Be able to lift material up to 50 lbs.
