Lyons Timber Mart is currently seeking a **Yard and Delivery Supervisor **to join our roster. **You** will work out of our Black Road location. Lyons Ltd. has been part of the community since 1913 - today, we continue the tradition of being a family owned business serving Algoma as Island Timber Mart, Lyons Timber Mart Black Road and Lyons Timber Mart Wellington West.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Accurate and timely inventory counts of yard/warehouse products.
- Oversee **Receiving, Dispatch/Delivery**, and **Yard,** ensure all processes and procedures are being followed.
- Work closely with Wellington West Delivery Manager to grow BR Delivery Department.
- Ensure order pickings are being completed promptly and are accurate.
- Ensure deliveries are being dispatched efficiently.
- Customer resolution.
- Assist in locating products in the yard/warehouses.
- Ensure receiving area, yard and warehouse organization and tidiness.
- Exterior grounds/warehouse maintenance: regular sweeps and magnetic sweeps, tidy up leftover straps, tarps, debris and garbage and all time; sand/salt and shoveling; dumpsters, etc.
- Inform Maintenance Manager and Branch Manager of building or yard repairs as required.
- Monthly fire alarm tests
- Ensure CBA is followed regarding all unionized employees.
- Assist with in person training and the development of a structured training plan/documents for all positions overseen (HR assistance).
- Assist with associate development and problem solving.
- Promote productivity throughout the team.
- Work both independently and as a team.
- Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as required or assigned by Management.
