Are you ready for a challlenge? MDC is looking for someone to join the company's largest Distribution Centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure staff members are properly trained and retrained according to training guides and procedures.
- Develop employees through coaching, goal setting, conducting performance reviews
- Initiate and implement programs and procedures required to ensure DC safety and cleanliness in all zones
- Ensure all equipment is in good order and ensure employees perform pre-shift checks
- Maintain labour budget and cost per unit; assist the manager in planning and scheduling labor daily
- Promote employee involvement in employee relations and safety committees
- Maintain KPI accuracy and provide feedback when targets are not met
- Ensure compliance with all Brick Group policies and procedures while achievning departmental goals through effective staff management
- Ensure efficient operation of Customer Service department ensuring the smooth pick up of merchandise at the Distribution Centre by our customers
- Ensure efficient operation of Chair Assembly department ensuring accurate assembly of chairs, benches and furniture
- Maintain a professional level of personal appearance and conduct at all times
- Able to work all shifts as required

Qualifications:
