**Taproom Server**

Manantler Craft Brewing Co. is seeking to fill the role of the current taproom server. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized individual who is knowledgeable about beer, savvy to social media and highly personable.

**Wage**:
Hourly, starting between $15 depending on. Work week will consist of 25 to 40 hours per week + tips. Yearly raises based on experience.

**Job Summary**:
Coordinating/assisting with taproom operations including the serving and education of customers, handling cash, cleaning and taking phone calls. Working with the general manager to create and maintain taproom policies to improve efficiencies while maintaining morale. Book, promote and assist in house events such as live music, food trucks, trivia & comedy nights etc.

**Essential Duties**:

- Educate customers on beers offered by Manantler.
- Sell draft beer and merchandise to customers.
- Wash and sanitize tap room.
- Maintain a clean and presentable taproom.
- Maintain, manage events and corresponding with customers.
- Booking in-house events and creating innovative new events.
- Maintaining inventory logs for the taproom and its facets.
- Assist in tap room tours.
- Occasionally working off-site events such as festivals.

- Positive attitude.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Work well individually and in a team environment.
- Ability to comfortably move and lift full 30L kegs.
- Must have regular access to a reliable vehicle to come to work
- Smart Serve Certificate.

**Desired Job Qualifications**:

- Experience in events
- Experience inventory management
- Experience working in a taproom and/or brewery/bar.
- Formal beer training important but not essential.
