Retail Store Manager

Strathroy, Canada London Tire Sales Full time

As the Store Manager, you have a unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of Strathroy Tire. We are seeking a natural leader with industry experience to guide the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tire Knowledge and experience is required
- Overall performance of the store (day to day operations)
- Manager daily activities of the store/shop floor
- Manage staff
- arriving on time for shifts
- working safely/diligently
- producing quality work
- Assist in development of appropriate training for staff.
- Ensure training is completed
- Manage/schedule customers needs and appointments
- Manage inventory levels
- Build relationships with customers
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years Managing experience
- Industry experience
- Ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team
- Ability to maintain a superior customer satisfaction level and ratings
- A solid understanding of retail and wholesale finance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Must be organized, responsible, and able to abide by all relevant safety requirements
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Strathroy, ON N7G 1L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Tire industry: 1 year (required)
