**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide caregiving support, including assistance with meals, personal hygiene, and daily routines.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and document children's behavior, development, and milestones.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive team atmosphere.
- Supervise and maintain all staff's work schedule.
- Complete all the regulations for Ministry of Education's licensing system.
- Manage the enrollments number.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in licensed daycare.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and child development principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to educate children through play-based learning activities.
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow.
