**Job Description**:
In addition to reporting directly to the Director of E-Commerce, the Web Product Manager will be involved in several significant projects and will be responsible for continuously improving the Linen Chest website. A motivated individual will be essential to help us implement a number of challenges and ideas we have.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and improve our online sales website and peripheral platforms;
- Assist in defining tasks and managing their lifecycles;
- Assist with quality control;
- Assist the web programming team in achieving their goals;
- Dispatch web support tickets;
- Ensure quality and make recommendations as needed;
- Make recommendations based on the analysis of system data;
- Bringing ideas to life and advancing projects;
- Assist with planning and scheduling discovery and testing sessions;
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams such as web marketing and IT, and external partners;
- Animate the various scrum ceremonies for our agile environment
- Participate or collaborate in organizing code reviews and testing

**Qualifications**:

- Display excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to display critical thinking skills and a willingness to put yourself in the shoes of the customer (internal and external);
- Experience managing or coordinating various projects
- Experience with a task management tool or process (Jira, Basecamp, Agile, Scrum, etc.);
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to improve quality and service;
- Bilingualism (French/English);
- Asset: experience in programming or test programming;
- Asset: experience in retail and/or e-commerce.
