The primary functions of the _Customer Service and Sales Coordinator _are supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining healthy customer relationships. The responsibilities include supporting the sales transaction lifecycle, ensuring order satisfaction, managing EDI transactions, managing e-commerce accounts, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and KPI reporting.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Log correspondence with potential and current customers
- Process quotes, orders any payments from customers in MRP system
- Collaborate and coordinate with Sales representatives, shipping, production, engineering and receiving departments to ensure that the customers receive the highest level of customer service possible
- Monitor order progress with shipping and production teams, updating the customers as needed
- Process warranty and return requests, and issuing customers credits
- Investigate and resolve customer queries, concerns, or complaints efficiently in collaboration with quality and accounting departments. Obtain regular customer feedback
- Comply with ISO requirements and internal policies
- Challenge past practices by actively exploring and implementing innovative solutions and methodologies to improve the quality and time to market of our product and services to the company
- Maintaining and adding items to online sales platforms
- Managing EDI Transactions for both incoming and outgoing orders, picking, and packing orders as required, ensuring that the customers' requirements are met.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently and according to customer requirements, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Troubleshooting customer discrepancies and billing issues
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Generating and developing Worksheets and bulletins for both internal and external use.
- Issuing monthly sales commission tables and customer sales tables
- Reviewing and maintaining inventory and forecasting for satellite warehouses to ensure customers' needs are met
- Updating parts catalogue with added items and status as items are added to our system.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education, preferably in supply chain management
- Electronic Document Interchange (EDI) experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Expert Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, etc.)
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
