- Diagnose and repair issues related to sloped roofing, aluminum (soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs), and siding systems.
- Present solutions, explain options, handle pricing, and answer customer questions.
- Help ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications
- Participation in safety program and procedures
- Assist in resolution of technical problems**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Valid Class 5 License

**Prior experience installing at least **two **of the following systems: sloped roofing, aluminum (soffit, fascia, and eavestrough), siding**
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years) requiring regular customer communication
- People skills with the ability to communicate strongly both verbally and in writing
- Enjoy meeting people and be able to make a good first impression
