Customer Service Representative

**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

Excellence has been in business for over 30 years - our ability and technical background in collision repair have made us the preferred auto body shop to some of Toronto's most respected car dealerships. We are a Certified Collision Repair Centre for Audi, Porsche, BMW, MINI, Mercedes Benz, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Honda and feature the latest technology and training.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support customer calls pertaining to repair status, insurance details and car rental inquiries
- Proactively educate our customers on the insurance and repair process to enhance the customer experience
- Assist with scheduling customer’s vehicles in for repair
- Update customer information in the management system as required
- Provide continuous repair updates to customers during the repair process
- Assist with resolving customer issues as they arise in a professional and timely manner
- Send repair invoices to insurance companies and dealerships for payment

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College diploma or two years’ relevant experience
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working with home, auto, and/or travel insurance
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Auto Insurance or Body Shop: 1 year (required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Mitchell Connect/Audatex: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Work Location: In person
