Au sein de la direction des solutions d’équipements TI, en tant que **stagiaire - Technicien(ne) TI **tu auras à contribuer directement à l’amélioration de l’expérience des employés d'iA Groupe financier.

Les technologies de l’environnement utilisateur supporté par l’équipe des solutions d’équipements TI comprennent les ordinateurs et leurs périphériques, les imprimantes, les salles vidéoconférences et les cellulaires.

**Tu pourrais avoir l'opportunité de**:

- Réaliser les activités en lien avec le cycle de vie des solutions d’équipements TI (montage, installation, configuration) pendant tout leur cycle de vie soit de l'acquisition à la disposition ;
- S’assurer du maintien de l’inventaire des équipements TI avec un niveau minimum de stock pour garantir la continuité des opérations de livraison;
- Aider le responsable d’entrepôt dans les tâches au quotidien (Réceptionner les livraisons, effectuer la validation initiale des produits reçus;
- Préparer et expédier les commandes d’équipements TI en respectant la qualité et les délais de service pour garantir l’expérience utilisateur souhaitée;
- Participer à la gestion des approvisionnements (réception et stockage du matériel et maintien en bonne condition du local de stockage et de montage des postes);
- Tenir et mettre à jour les billets en ayant soin d’y inscrire les échanges et de bonifier la documentation et la base de connaissances;
- Répondre aux demandes d’assistance de proximité venant des utilisateurs des technologies de l’information sous sa responsabilité;
- Participer aux opérations de triage, de nettoyage, de tests et de classement des équipements TI retournés par les partenaires ainsi que par les différents entrepôts suivant un processus de retour des équipements TI;
- Réaliser les activités de manutention, installation et configuration des postes de travail et mobiles de la compagnie et assurer la mise à jour des données et de la documentation en place;
- Offrir un soutien technique pour les incidents en lien avec les solutions d’équipement TI et en effectuant l’assistance aux utilisateurs pour la remise en route de l’équipement;
- Poser des diagnostics, maintenir la relation avec le demandeur en assurant un suivi régulier et faire tous les efforts pour mener à une conclusion sans escalade;
- Consulter ou faire intervenir les équipes TI appropriées dans le but d’obtenir les réponses essentielles à la résolution des problèmes ou incidents et escalader au besoin selon les procédures établies.

- Tu étudies actuellement en informatique à l'université;
- Joueur(euse) d’équipe et rigueur dans l’organisation de son travail;
- Une approche de service axé sur la compréhension et la satisfaction du client;
- Intérêts et habiletés prononcées pour le service, les relations humaines, l’amélioration continue et la collaboration par téléphone ou en personne;
- Passion pour la technologie de l’environnement utilisateur;
- Démontrer de la curiosité et volonté d'acquérir de nouvelles connaissances;
- Bonne capacité à collaborer avec plusieurs intervenants pour définir des cibles et consensus;
- Doit pouvoir **se déplacer au bureau à Vancouver.**
