As a Warehouse Technician, your work and accomplishments will contribute to the overall success of our Oil Sands and Thermal In Situ operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity of working full time in a high volume distribution center. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your value and contribute to one of the premier oil & gas producers in the world.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure materials are offloaded, received, shipped safely and accounted for through proper inventory management, storage and delivery practices
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to transfer materials as a representative of the warehouse team
- Participate in inventory management through accurate counts and the delivery of all materials
- Provide valuable materials and warehousing expertise to drive and participate in innovative continuous improvements and safety initiatives at Canadian Natural
- Utilize and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Mill Test Reports (MTR)
- Inspect, operate & maintain material handling equipment
- Keep a clean & organized work area

**Other Details**:

- Job location: Nisku, Alberta
- Shift schedules:

- Monday - Friday (9:30AM-5:30PM)
- Wednesday - Saturday (8:30AM- 6:30PM)
- Sunday - Wednesday (8:30AM- 6:30PM)

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience within any industry (industrial, commercial, shipping, courier, etc.)
- 3+ year of experience in forklift operation (Counterbalance, Narrow Aisle, Order Picker)
- 3+ year of experience with a warehouse management system (E1, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Systems, etc.)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Parts or Materials Technician Apprentice/Journeyman Certification considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills
- Experience with a warehouse management system (E1, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Systems, etc.)
- Experience with transportation management system (Oracle, 3GTMS, SAP, etc.) considered an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) considered an asset
