As a Regional Sales Manager you will be contributing to the success of the company by developing, maintaining, and growing our customer relationships to achieve targeted sales goals. This position is home-based and will travel extensively throughout the Toronto East End, or Montreal, Quebec region. You will manage a team of Area Sales Managers and provide training and sales support.

**Are you motivated about this work?**
- Prepare (in coordination with others) a Strategic Action Plan and Tactical Action Plan that leads to attainment of the annual sales forecast and is aligned with the values, vision, and practices of the company.
- Maintain and enhance existing account relations by providing sales support, sales leadership, product and sales skills training, sales management, and motivation.
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to organize and track multiple sources of information and data to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate activities with other sales members including the other Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Aftermarket to maximize the sales of ID Technology products.
- Introduce new products to the sales team as they are developed.
- Continuously developing strategies to keep current accounts vital and growing in sales of the ID Technology product line. This will be measured by how revenues are generated and paid, how our sales team interfaces with our customers and product training.
- Oversee the day-to-day tasks of managing all Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Service Technicians within your geographic territory.

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree or proven sales experience, and documented success.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling labels and packaging equipment.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Must be an initiative-taker, highly organized, and able to work well with others.
- Must have a “Sales Manager’s” mentality with the understanding that success through other people’s performance is vital to the job.
- Must have polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must know how to train and motivate salespeople and to develop and execute strategic and tactical action plans.
