Stance Healthcare has immediate openings for Production Associate for our Stratford facility for straight day shift.

**Position Summary**:
The Production Associate is an integral member of the Stance Healthcare Production team. The position requires a high degree of skill and adaptability in order to keep up with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be able to communicate in a professional and positive manner with all other team members.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Following standard work order processes and procedures ensuring detailed, accurate and timely records
- Assembling plywood boxes and wood furniture products
- Building custom drum tables
- Cutting, bonding and seaming laminate, then trimming and filing to meet finish standards
- Affixing labels to the product as necessary
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Other duties as required
- 3-5 years of woodworking experience, in carpentry or cabinetry
- Demonstrated mechanical capabilities/aptitude
- Experience using various hand tools/air tools/power tools, etc.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand eye coordination
- Enthusiastic team player
- Positive attitude & desire to learn
- Commitment to personal safety and safety of coworkers
- Forklift certification considered an asset
