Warehouse Associate

**Description**

Under the direction of the company managers and with safety, efficiency and customer service a priority, the warehouse associate is accountable to facilitate the storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials, effectively managing the timely flow of order processing.

**Responsibilities**

Plan and co-ordinate the timely transport of inventory orders.
- While adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements facilitate the shipping and/or receiving of products to and from the warehouse.
- Managing the flow of orders requires strong organizational and co-ordination of delivery pickup both manually and with computer programs.
- Coordinate the requests of orders, including special requests, co-packing activities and any other special requirements from the business.

Provide and maintain high quality service and problem solving.
- Ensure that orders are highly regarded and receive exceptional service throughout the flow of order processing, including readying loads for shipment.
- Address problems with order flow or shipping delays and quality-control issues, such as damaged or improperly packed goods, as well as day-to-day concerns with warehouse capacity and client deadlines.
- Rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-compliance specifications.
- Be the on-site representative and first point of contact for any requests from the management team.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in warehouse and freight logistics an asset

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
