Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a **Sustainability Coordinator** on a permanent basis at any of our offices in Saskatoon, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg.

**What you’ll do**:
You will provide enabling support and coordination for new and existing FCL and CRS sustainability programs and initiatives to help us in our vision of building sustainable communities together.
- You will support, coordinate, and implement strategic projects in the areas of energy efficiency, waste diversion, responsible sourcing, water reduction, etc.
- You will collaborate with our Marketing and Communications teams to execute project communication plans to provide communication of project milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will support data gathering, research, and analysis. This will include sustainability KPI calculation/management in areas such as greenhouse gases, waste generation and diversion, water consumption, etc.
- You will manage and monitor sustainability inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- You will assist the Sustainability team with administrative and coordination tasks such as coordinating events, data and document management, finding/creating tools and processes to aid the team in executing initiatives.
- You will receive guidance and mentorship from Senior Sustainability Advisors and the Sustainability Manager to grow your knowledge and develop as a sustainability professional.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) & Sustainability and:

- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business/Commerce
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in environmental sustainability, project management, or other related experience. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
