The mandate is under the Equality in Action Volunteer Cooperation Program (VCP), which takes place in 14 countries and 3 regions over a seven-year period (2020-2027). The VCP aims to increase the involvement of local partners in developing countries in inclusive, innovative and sustainable development initiatives that will advance gender equality. Oxfam's role is to support these organizations, working with the most vulnerable and marginalized people, to claim and exercise their rights. Oxfam places the rights of women, girls, and vulnerable and marginalized people at the heart of everything it does.
**Here's** **what** **your** **daily** life **will** look like**:
In close collaboration with Oxfam’s in-country team members, your mandate will be to:
- Conduct workshops and set up co-learning spaces to support the local partner organization "Instituto de Formación Femenina Integral" in their strategic planning;
- Support the organization in the development of their five and three year plans;
- Collaborate with the Feminist Monitoring-Evaluation-Accountability and Learning Advisor in the development of follow-up tools;
- Assist local partner organizations in the implementation of good practices in program management and deployment;
- Assist local partner organizations in in the systematization, presentation and positioning of the program’s good practices;
- Compile actions and products developed jointly with the organization, as well as any relevant information on the results obtained;
- Contribute to the elaboration of program and project monitoring and evaluation reports.
**For **this** mandate **you** must**:
- Be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status in Canada;
- Have a university degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Project Management, Administration or other relevant field;
- Have 3 years of relevant experience to the mandate;
- Be fluent in Spanish, spoken and written (required);
- Have excellent writing skills;
- Master the Office suite.
**What** **we** **offer**:
- Monthly allowance for living expenses;
- 20% increase in the allowance per accompanying child (maximum of 2
children)
- 1,500$ CAD per year/per child for school fees;
- Monthly housing allowance;
- Round trip flight with 2 checked luggage;
- Round trip flight for accompanying child(ren)
- 200$ CAD for additional luggage;
- Advantageous medical insurance for you and the accompanying child(ren);
- A volunteer support program during your mandate and up to two months after the end of your mandate;

En estrecha colaboración con los miembros del equipo de Oxfam en el país, su mandato consistirá en:
- Crear talleres y espacios de co-aprendizaje, para fortalecer la capacidad de la organización socia local "Instituto de Formación Femenina Integral" en la elaboración de su planificación estratégica;
- Apoyar a la organización en el desarollo de sus planes quinquenales y trienales;
- Collaborar con el Asesor de Seguimiento-Evaluación-Aprendizaje-Rendición de Cuentas en el desarrollo de herramientas de seguimiento;
- Apoyar a las organizaciones socias locales en la implementación de buenas prácticas de gestión y de implantación del programa;
- Apoyar a las organizaciones socias locales en la sistematización, presentación y posicionamiento de las buenas prácticas;
- Recopilar, junto con la organización socia, los resultados obtenidos y las acciones y productos desarrollados conjuntamente;
