We are currently looking for a **junior analys**t to support our **global network team** by providing insight and analysis on the industry. This role will engage across various teams to define key research needs and perform data analysis with high rigor. The analyst will gather and process data from a variety of sources, interpret and distribute the data in various forms to key stakeholders.

**What you'll be working on**:

- Gather, organize, analyze and interpret data from different sources
- Research and keep current on knowledge of the industry landscape and technologies
- Acquire data from existing sources and continuously research to find new data sources
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Create and distribute data and reports to key stakeholders
- Update database and assist with data entry requests
- Monitor various websites on an ongoing basis
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Support stakeholders' requests
- Support software developers during implementation
- Maintain active communication with stakeholders to capture, update and manage data gathering requirements
- Contribute key initiatives and new innovative approaches to data collection

- Have a Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, finance or related field
- Are curious, inquisitive and have a resourceful mindset to find data and uncover facts
- Have exceptional attention to detail and data gathering skills
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Are meticulous and detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
- Have experience in research and data manipulation
- Have experience working with Excel
- Have experience with web scraping or automation using python, javascript or other tools (strong asset)
- Are comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
- Use discretion in handling confidential information
- Maintain focus while working under pressure, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- Have strong communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
- Are easily adaptable to new tasks and concepts
- Have a strong work ethic and good attitude
- Have a willingness to learn
