**We are looking for a Terminal Administrator at our Leduc Terminal, on a temporary basis for approximately 60-90 days. This position works 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday.**
- Maintain, update and track driver certifications and training in the learning management system
- Arrange outstanding in house and third-party training for drivers
- Maintain onboarding requirements for customer websites
- Coordinate and organize training schedule of new employees (in-class, in-truck, online and in-yard training)
- Complete Driver Pay forms for approval
- Review and verify additional hour claims
- Administer the POD process for the Terminal
- Processes work orders for the Terminal
- Ensure all terminal record-keeping requirements are up-to-date and accurate, following Caron data and document control procedures
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, ordering and restocking of general office supplies???????
- Assist at the terminal level with purchase orders
- 2+ years of related experience
- Administrative Diploma or Certificate
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
- Polite and professional attitude
- High regard for safety
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
