**How you will create impact**:

- Leading the evolution and execution of the IDEA strategy, developing a plan to integrate cultural competence across the organization and conducting ongoing reviews to ensure progress is in alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
- Managing the IDEA strategy governance to deliver strategic objectives, including partnering with employee resource groups (ERGs) to drive engagement and collaborating with Human Resources partners to embed IDEA within and across the business.
- Working in partnership with key stakeholders to develop tactics to support the IDEA strategy and representing the organization on external engagements, information, and data requests.
- Measuring the effectiveness of the IDEA strategy, including ensuring key performance indicators are identified and tracked, and reporting and assessing annual progress and maturity.

**To join our team**:

- You have five years of experience in Human Resources, including 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- You have a post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Social Science or a related discipline.
- You hold the Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP) certification or a related accreditation.
- You have expert knowledge of cultural competence and cultural transformation, employment legislation, and DEI and accessibility best practices.
- You have working knowledge of data and reporting metrics, strategy development, project management and program planning.
