Warehouse Supervisor

ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd. A Terex Brand, located in Olds, AB, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory using a computerized database system and supervise distribution of material to all manufacturing, and assembly departments. They will support, coach and mentor the warehouse team in all locations. This support role assists supervisors and managers in reaching company goals and will work with other workplace leaders to ensure activities progress as planned. **This is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team in a fast-paced environment**

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar role is considered an asset
- Willing to develop into a strong leader with a coaching and mentoring approach and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Able to lead team members and work in a fast paced, quality-production environment
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology and software programs
- Maintain a positive team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Office 365
- Forklift experience is an asset and will be required, can train internally
- First Aid Training is an asset
- Maintain a clean drivers abstract

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee inventory levels and management according to company guidelines
- Ensure that inventory records are accurate and up-to-date in our inventory management system
- Organize and assist the team for picking kits, and any other daily tasks
- Work Order distribution to the team daily
- Hold team accountable for entering/reporting, and following up their back orders
- Collaborate with other departments such as Purchasing and Fabrication to ensure on time delivery of parts
- Record process for proper documentation
- Mentor and coach staff to encourage cross training and consistent detail-oriented standards
- Troubleshoot process gaps and collaborate with other departments to improve processes as required
- Support the other departments as necessary
- Actively work with Human Resources to review resumes, interview prospects and complete team member feedback and evaluations
- Lead morning Toolbox Meeting and engage staff in each meeting
- Ensure all staff are following all safety rules and best practices
- Actively participate and maintain positive team environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigned
