Warehouse Technician

ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd., located in **Olds, AB,** is seeking Warehouse Technicians to manage pick ticket orders from the Production and Warehouse departments. They will physically pull inventory from the shelves, pack orders, shrink wrap contents onto pallets and load them on trucks/pallets for delivery while ensuring orders are accurate and records of inventory are kept up to date for a smooth flow in warehouse operations. **We are growing and this is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team in a fast-paced environment.**
**Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Mon - Fri**

**Qualifications**:
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Experience in a similar role is considered an asset
- Forklift experience and/or certificate an asset or be willing to train to operate one
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently at times
- Mechanical aptitude / abilities are considered an asset
- Time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented, supportive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Keen attention to detail
- Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
- Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay on your feet for long periods of time

**Responsibilities**:
- Receive parts and material, ensuring they are put away in the correct bin location
- Manage pick ticket orders
- Pick parts for work orders
- Track, resolve and fill backorders
- Maintain inventory levels and fill shop floor inventory when needed
- Organize the exchange and return of parts
- Maintain detailed accurate records
- Ensure quality work is done in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with supervisor to communicate order status or concerns
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
- Pull warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
- Ensure that orders are accurate
- Stage items correctly for delivery
- Operate handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
- Plan and monitor product storage and dispatch
- Oversee stock replenishment
- Monitor stock control systems and processes specific orders
- Ensure warehouse goals are met
- Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
- Shrink wraps products to pallets
- Load delivery vehicles
- Pack warehouse orders as necessary
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
