**Responsibilities**
- Reconcile monthly staff expense reports
- Enter supplier invoices and make payments
- Create customer invoices and receive payments
- File GST, PST, and payroll deductions
- Assist with payroll when required
- General office duties, including data entry and filing

**Requirements**:

- Effective communication skills
- High-level of integrity and commitment to providing unrivaled customer service
- Reliable with the ability to work independently
- Proficient with MS Office, experience with Sage would be considered an asset
- Previous office, bookkeeping, and/or accounting experience would be advantageous
