**About the Opportunity**

We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We're currently hiring for a Mow Crew Lead Hand to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a crew of 3-4 employees
- Drive a truck and trailer
- Oversee performance and ensure property and contract expectations are being met
- Operate a truck with a trailer
- Operate mowing equipment including mowers and whipper snippers and be able to provide additional training if required
- Work effectively within a team and be an active problem-solver
- Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day

**Requirements**:

- Be a good team player
- Valid drivers license
- Own transportation to and from work
- A clean drivers abstract
- WHIMIS training
- Good organization and time management skills
- Mechanical experience considered an asset
