We are looking for a **Digital Workplace Analyst** to join our team at Make-A-Wish Canada. Reporting to the VP of Digital, IT & Data Management, the Digital Workplace Analyst will enable and champion the delivery of a secure Modern Workplace. They will oversee and shape the end user experience to ensure our technology is empowering people to do their best work possible.

This role can be based out of either of our **Toronto or Pickering **offices and is a **full-time, permanent, hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week) **position.
- **What You Will Do**
- Manage and deliver solutions for the digital workplace in the SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environment.
- Lead the identification, selection, and implementation of new digital solutions in collaboration with the business units.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and lead the implementation.
- Manage the portfolio of digital solutions to identify solution enhancement, replacement or decommission.
- Deliver training and promote adoption of digital solutions to all staff.
- Develop the knowledge repository, FAQs, user manuals, and training videos.
- Support staff with day-to-day inquiries, questions and clarifications regarding digital solutions usage and issues.
- Lead requirements definition, procurement, and negotiation with vendors for Digital Solutions.
- Support the VP Digital, IT and Data Management in the development and execution of the Digital Strategy and Roadmap.
- Manage relationships and invoices with vendors and consultants for digital solutions.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in the market and evaluate potential value for MAWC.

- **What You Bring**
- Post-secondary education in information systems, IT, or other relevant fields, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing digital solutions.
- Strong experience with MS Teams and SharePoint setup and administration.
- Strong experience with workplace digital solutions such as MS Forms, Power Automate, and eSignature tools.
- Solid understanding of digital technologies and the applicability of these technologies.
- Experience in the not-for-profit industry considered an asset.
- Experience with vendor management and solution procurement.
- Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary group and create and maintain a positive team working environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation skills, appropriate to various audiences.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex business requirements and solutions in appropriate terms for various audiences.
- A clear Criminal Background Check is required.
