**Qualifications Include**:
- Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario.
- Minimum of five years' experience in a hospital environment as a CT/Interventional Technologist required.
- Previous teaching experience and clinical preceptor certificate required.
- Experience in a leadership role an asset.
- Teaching, preceptor and evaluation/assessment courses an asset.
- Strong commitment to life-long learning and professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of this position.
- Evidence of effective leadership and mentorship skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills required
- Demonstrated ability to handle stress and conflict management in a professional, effective manner.

- Comprehensive knowledge of theory and skills in CT and Interventional.
- Effective computer skills, including MS word, excel, power point.
- Ability to lead and motivate students and staff to excel.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performs diagnostic CT/Interventional exams, participating in the daily workload of patients.
- Participates in the coordination, education and teaching of CT/Interventional students.
- Plans and implements the clinical program in coordination with the Academic Institution.
- Performs assessments and evaluations of students in coordination with the Academic Institution.
- Assisting and supporting the Operations Leader in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the department
- Assists in workflow processes and quality to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results
- Participates in the development and updating of policies and procedures in collaboration with the Operations Leader and the Medical Director
- Acts as a change agent in department to assist Operations Leader in staff quality management
- Provides technical and professional direction to technologists enabling them to carry out their responsibilities
- Provides optimum patient care and demonstrates a professional manner in the work setting.
- Participates in the coordination of daily work including the prioritization of work.
- Actively participates in team building concepts, and development of departmental goals.
- Covers Operations Leader for vacation and away time which may result in attending prearranged meetings, creating staff schedule and answering staff or patient questions
- Available all shifts
- Other duties as assigned
