Founded in 1982, Enseicom has over 75 employees and is considered one of the most influential manufacturers of electric signs, billboard structures and street level furniture in North America. Staffed with a full in-house graphic and technical design team overseen by Civil and Structural Engineers, we are constantly designing, redesigning and developing products with superior durability and serviceability, all the while maintaining state of the art designs. Management’s goal has always been to increase revenues and production volumes all the while focusing on innovative designs, production efficiency, product quality, serviceability, on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Due to our continued growth, Enseicom is looking to hire a Buyer for our office located in Lachine, fifteen minutes from downtown Montreal.

As a buyer, you will be responsible for:

- All buyer related tasks;
- Process purchase orders based on a daily/weekly/monthly requirement
- Purchases against bill of materials;
- Forecast cost, availability and suitability of parts and material to be purchased;
- Process order acknowledgements and follow-ups on all open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery;
- Review and process any receiving and/or invoice discrepancies;
- Qualify suppliers, find new suppliers and subcontractors;
- Negotiate long term contracts for the wood, welding products, electrical supplies, paint, hardware, etc.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and lines of credit with suppliers;
- Inventory menagement, keeping track of inventory and stock;
- Maintain sufficient yet mínimal items in stock
- Maintain inventory listings;
- Assist with other project as required;
- Arranging transport;
- Other related tasks

Skills required:

- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is an asset
- Organized and Capable of working in a fast pace environment under pressure

En raison de notre croissance continue, Enseicom est à la recherche d’un acheteur pour travailler dans ses bureaux situés à Lachine, soit à quinze minutes du centre ville de Montréal.

En tant qu'acheteur, vous serez responsable de:

- Toutes tâches reliées aux achats;
- Faire des Bons de commande basés sur la demande journalière /hebdomadaire/mensuelle
- Acheter selon la nomenclature (bordereau des matières)
- Faire des projections de coûts, de la disponibilité et la pertinence des matériaux à acheter
- Faire le suivi des bons commandes placés auprès des fournisseurs afin de s'assurer de la livraison à temps des matériaux
- Réviser et identifier les gaps entre les matériaux reçus et facturés s'il y en a
- Évaluer les fournisseurs, trouver des nouveaux fournisseurs et sous-contractants au besoin
- Négocier des contrats à long terme pour le bois, produits pour la soudure, fournitures électriques, la peinture et le matériel
- Négocier des prix, modalités de paiement et crédits avec les fournisseurs;
- Gestion des stocks, suivi de l'inventaire et gestions des aprovisionnements.
- Maintenir un niveau suffisant et en même temps mínimal d'items en stock
- Mettre à jour une liste d'inventaire;
- Assister avec d'autres projets au besoin;
- Arranger le transport
- Autres tâches connexes

Compétences requises:

- Bonne connaissances de systèmes PRE
- Expérience de travail dans une compagnie manufacturière est un atout
- Faire preuve d'organisation et être capable de travailler sous pression

Salaire : 20,00$ à 25,00$ par heure
