Barbershop Receptionist/customer Service Rep

**Role Objective**:
Reporting to the store manager, the Front of House Crew Member/Shop Coordinator is essential in creating our signature culture. This role involves providing exceptional service, acting as a host for all guests, and ensuring the shop operates smoothly. Key skills include organizing appointments and making customers feel like lifelong friends.

**Your Skills**:
- Strong ability to develop relationships with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments and maintaining store standards.
- Experience with retail operations, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
- Self-starter with good judgment in all situations.
- Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
- Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Ability to build buy-in for ideas, decisions, actions, products, or services.
- Retail experience, preferably in fashion.
**Your Role**:
- Display a “customer comes first” attitude to build and maintain customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues effectively at the store level in a timely and positive manner.
- Be a team player and contribute to the store’s success.
- Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
- Stay updated on product and service offerings.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment, housekeeping, and visual displays.
- Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
