- Supervise and lead a crew of landscape maintenance workers

- Provide training and guidance to crew members
- Oversee the maintenance of gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilizing
- Monitor the condition of plants, trees, and shrubs and make recommendations for care or replacement
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs commonly found in the area
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
