Bluewater Hearing & Balance is now hiring an Audiologist/Hearing Instrument Specialist (or Dispenser) for their clinic in Sarnia, ON. We are happy to consider hose who require mentorship/internship hours and those who would require relocation assistance.

As an Audiologist/Hearing Instrument Specialist, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of clients. You are able to provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

**What you will do**:

- Provide standardized hearing evaluations using a variety of diagnostic audiological tests
- Maintain an expertise in the selling, fitting and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology
- Provide a high standard of care
- Follow-up with clients to ensure that appropriate care is provided

**Requirements**:

- Eligible for registration with regulatory board or provincially recognized licensing body (CASLPO/AHIP)
- Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
- Ability to travel to the United States for continuing education opportunities several times per year
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and co-workers
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Organized, personal demeanor with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in continuous development and continuous learning
- A passion for working in a patient-centered, compassionate environment

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
