**Purpose**:
The Summer Student position works in a support function within the relevant department in an administrative and/or a technical capacity. It provides the student with the opportunity to develop relevant skills and experience and receive experiential on-the-job training, guidance and mentorship.

**Education**:
Current BBA or iBBA student at the Schulich School of Business.

**Experience**:
Previous work experience may be considered.

**Skills**:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the First Year Advisor will be in frequent communication with newly admitted students
- Must have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be comfortable presenting to groups of approximately 50 people
- Strong attention to detail and initiative
