Burnaby, Canada Leisure Baths Ltd. Full time

We are a small manufacturing company looking for an experienced Service Technician who would like to continue building his/her carrier in a relaxed but productive atmosphere.

You need to be self-motivated, able to work in a professional but fun manner, prioritize tasks, problem solve, and work independently as well as with a team, in both a slow and fast paced environment. Most of the time you will be assembling, testing, and troubleshooting to repair electrical products, as well as keeping stock levels up to par.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Perform service, repairs, technical support, preventative maintenance, removal and reinstallation, as well as troubleshooting on Relax-A-Mist products and their accessories.
- Manually assembling various electrical components
- Fill out repair orders and service call sheets
- Communicate with the customers and explain the necessary repairs to their equipment in a friendly and informative manner.
- Operating and driving the service vehicle to and from the service Location(s) and Leisure Baths Ltd., in a safe and friendly manner.
- Performing vehicle inspection and walk around before using the service vehicle.
- Managing your own breaks and lunch times when on the road.
- Other various tasks or duties as required by Leisure Baths.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues (both written and verbal). Fluent in English.
- Knowledge / experience with electrical, plumbing, fabrication and assembly.
- Understanding and performing work safety precautions and measures.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, good technical aptitude, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a variable speed paced environment. (slow and fast)
- Passionate about cleanliness, organization and efficiency.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Physically able to lift 50 Lbs or more.
- Understanding metric and imperial Units of Measure.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Wages will depend on your experience, how well you progress, and any hidden skills we may discover. Extended Benefit packages are available after 3 months with a positive evaluation.
