Medical Secretary/receptionist

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing materials and arranging logistics
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations in an office or medical office setting
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude

**Salary**: $15.64-$21.62 per hour
