**Here’s what your day to day will look like as a Project Assistant**:

- Attending project coordination meetings
- Verifying and analysing propositions and contractual documents for each project
- Monitoring productivity, approving procedures, and producing progress reports
- Bookkeeping and billing
- Creating and updating production schedules concerning the formwork, framework, and concreting sequencing with subcontractors
- Preparing the orders for prefab materials and reserving of the formwork panels
- Computer assisted drawing
- Comparing the quoted and construction drawings
- Recording and reporting of the staff’s work time
- Preparing and updating each project’s administrative documents, (timeframe, cost ventilation, production methods, subcontractors, etc.)
- Assisting clients

**What you’ll need**:

- College degree in civil engineering (an asset);
- Experience in the field of construction (an asset);
- Knowledge within the MS Project and AutoCAD softwares (an asset);
- Means to move about Ottawa’s greater region;
- Bilingual;
- Willingness to work away from home for projects outside the Ottawa/Gatineau region (travel and accommodation expenses are provided according to project distance).
