**Executive Assistant**

**About Us**: Premier Family Farms (“Premier”) is an integrated group that manages a supply chain of poultry through several operating divisions. Premier is profitable and growing, in particular with international sales of our kosher product line. Premier is family-owned and operated and is the only certified producer of kosher poultry products in Ontario.

**The Opportunity**: As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a problem-solver with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a positive environment. You work closely with the CEO to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis helping to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. Your previous experience includes supporting Senior/Executive leaders handling a wide variety of duties with differing levels of sensitivity. Your superpower includes being an exceptional gatekeeper who can think on their feet, coordinate activities across all operating divisions, and keep the Executive team organized and on track.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing meeting agendas, presentation decks, and other collateral as needed
- General office management such as maintaining office supplies, ensuring the office remains well-organized and tidy, coordinating with cleaners, and reaching out to HR and IT consultants as needed
- Administrative support such as organizing files, copying materials for meetings, binding presentation decks, and other similar tasks as needed
- Communicating key messages to all members of the team, customers and suppliers (ie. holiday schedule, team events, etc.)
- Accountability for key deliverables and action items as noted during leadership meetings (ie. farmers, management staff, and customers)

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional services environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- A self-starter who has advanced problem-solving skills and is able to multi-task
- Highly organized and energetic individual with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
