Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
- Help the team transition from waterfall to agile methodology, including product teams and DevOps
- Guides the team through the scrum process, helping to remove any impediments blocking progress and prevent potential drawbacks
- Producing, distributing, and presenting project status updates
- Lead the team and organization using Agile and Scrum methodology, while maintaining best practices and values.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Lead by example to maximize organizational efficiency.
- Remove and resolve impediments,
- Enable a safe and trusting environment where challenges can be escalated appropriately, with the focus on problem solving in a calm and analytical fashion.
- Improve transparency, disseminate information and ensure communication excellence both internally and externally.
- Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog.
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded.
- Encourage and support the team by leading by example.

Professional Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master (5+ years)
- SAFe certified
- Prior experience moving teams from Waterfall to Agile, including with Product Teams and DevOps.
- Good rapport with technical teams and ability to promote change and alignment among our teams (a good change agent)
- Jira/Confluence experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading or co-leading organizations through Agile adoption and continuous improvement
- Certified Scrum Master (CMS) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Other Certifications such as SAFe and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner are strong assets.
- Working in a Dynamics365 CRM & ERP environment is an asset
- Clear and effective communication with clients, account executives, and management, building trust
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
