Our client is a leader in the full-service property restoration contractor and emergency response company. They provide restoration services to insurance, commercial and residential clients including; emergency response, water damage mitigation, fire and contents cleaning, mold remediation, complete reconstruction and much more, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They return damaged property to its pre-loss condition quickly and efficiently.

**Position Title**:Project Manager Lead / Operations Manager
**Location**:In-office / on the road
**Relocation to Lloydminster is a requirement, moving bonus provided**
- **Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, on-call as needed. Flexibility in hours may vary based on the volume of business, there will be circumstances that will require varying degrees of attention, oversight, and physically attending the project location outside of work hours to assist in the clients needs.

**Role Summary**:
Project Manager Lead to lead location and team operations
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the operations process, design, planning, control, and performance improvement and operational strategy
- Create and coordinate job schedules based on completed “Production Summary” forms using in-house and sub-trade base
- Coordinate subcontractors and/or in-house production staff using internal job schedule, documentation and procedures; ensure job remains on time to completion
- Maintain written and verbal communication with Clients throughout production, including insurers, adjusters, subcontractors, homeowners, etc.
- Comply with document and timeline requirements as set by client SLA and DKI standards.
- Update all required timeline control points (target start and completion, actual start and completion dates) in Client communication software and internal file management database to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Maintain internal file management database including detailed notes, pictures, documents, estimates and dates throughout the production phase
- Assist property owners with material selections and in setting deadlines to avoid delays with scheduling.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor timelines and quality control
- Communicate issues, unforeseen or additional items with Project Manager; prepare estimates for additional items and forward to the Project Manager for approval; prepare and forward a list of additional items to the Project Manager for inclusion in supplemental estimates at completion of job
- Build relationships with sub-trade base; source new sub-trades for general and specialty services; keep sub-trades informed of changes to requirements
- Monitor sub-trade and in-house production staff performance to ensure health & safety, completion of work orders, cost effectiveness, efficiency and customer service
- Participate in regular on-call rotation for afterhours claims; inspect and assess property damage to residential and commercial properties; manage and scope mitigation processes as per IICRC standards
- Provide back up and support to Project Managers and other administrative duties as required
- Schedule, oversee and coordinate with the Restoration Technician Supervisor / Lead and Technicians to implement the proper restoration process for each individual claim.
- Report and estimate following the individual clients’ requirements using Xactimate and Symbility Estimating Software.
- Maintain constant communication with the clients while keeping up with set timelines and specific project requirements.
- Maintain and implement the on-call schedule.
- Quality assurance to align with the protocols of insurance carrier partners
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
- Update all software programs with necessary signing documents and compliance metrics
**Experience + Qualifications**:
- 5+ years’ experience in property restoration, restoration project management experience or completion of college diploma or degree related to Estimating, Engineering or a related education
- Proficiency in Xactimate, Xactanalysis and Symbility estimating software skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Process Work Orders - open, reconcile, and close when complete
- Send out customer surveys, warranties, and ensure signed documentation of all work completed.
