- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders
- Utilize computer systems to track and monitor parts availability and demand planning

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dealership or automotive environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to accurately identify and source the correct parts
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills to assist customers with their parts needs
- Ability to operate a forklift for moving and organizing parts
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to fabricate or procure hard-to-find parts as needed
