**Your Responsibilities**:

- Follow customer service programs and policies
- Utilize computer systems, catalogues and websites to look up correct parts
- Source inventory from third party vendors
- Regular store tasks such as merchandising, inventory counts, filling and facing shelves and general housekeeping
- Execute special projects as assigned by Management
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure practices and activities adhere to all safety and operational policies

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years experience as a parts counter person or automotive parts distribution & sales**
- Ability to work in a fast paced order desk environment
- Professional, positive phone manner
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and have the ability to multi task
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license
- ASE certification and / or Journeyman Certification would be considered a definite asset
