Chatime Tearista

Two part-time positions for Monday afternoon to closing (2pm or 3pm - 11:30pm) and Thursday 1:30pm-6:30pm plus other shifts as available. *Previous or current experience at a bubble tea shop is highly valued.*

We are looking for a Tearista to join our friendly and hard-working team at Chatime Liberty Village.

**We are looking for two part-time positions 10-15 hrs to start and increasing hours in spring and summer (afternoon, evening, weekend shifts). Flexibility to take on additional shifts during the fall and winter months is highly valued.**

**Qualifications**:

- 18 years or older
- Professional, enthusiastic, and a team player
- Must have excellent customer service skills, including verbal and listening skills
- Previous food hospitality experience is valued
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work additional shifts including store openings, afternoons, evenings, store closings, weekends and holidays as needed

**Physical Requirements**:

- Able to work on your feet for an entire shift and work in the bar area with other teammates effectively
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move items as needed

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Craft bubble tea drinks, prepare teas and toppings, and package drinks and desserts for guests
- Perform cashier duties using the Point-of-Sale system (POS) and online delivery platforms
- Maintain appropriate stock levels in bar area
- Cleaning, washing dishes, and maintaining the store and staff areas
- Clean and maintain store equipment as per schedule

**Part-time hours to start (may increase in spring and summer)**:10-15 hours per week

**Salary**: Starting at $15.50 - $16/hr (depending on experience level)
