**Responsibilities for Sales Assistant**
- Receive and unload new shipments
- Receive and arrange the coming container, contact the delivery company
- Updates storage machines and the customers’ requirements by analyzing and forwarding daily action
- Resolves customers’ order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, and report to the manager.
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information to customer sand answer customers’ questions
- Arrange shipment according to order, and notify customer
- Welcome and engage in conversation with customers, help them when they needed

**Requirements**:

- Two years experience in sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English,and French
- Highly self-motivated.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V6B 3M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
