Position: IN-STORE SALES ASSISTANT - IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY



Position Overview: Embark on your professional journey as an In-Store Sales Assistant with a renowned company that collaborates closely with Canada's blue chip brands. Responsibilities: Sales Mastery: Actively engage customers to drive sales and achieve revenue objectives.


Customer Engagement: Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations to elevate the shopping experience. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.


Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.


Store Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store layout to effectively showcase products.


Experience: Passion for sales and customer service in a retail setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Commitment to excellence and a strong work ethic. Canadian driver's license and/or access to transportation considered advantageous. Legally eligible to work in Canada. Additionally, the successful candidate must show a dedication to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sales success.
